Re-entry Workshop
This 2-hour workshop, geared maninly to students but open to all program personnel, reviews how to make the most out of the study aborad experience, from a cultural, social and curriculum level, what can continue to be done once in the United States to conserve what has been learned, and opportunities to come back to Spain after graduation. Representatives from the Cervantes Institute, Universidad.es Foundationa and EUSA Academic Internships also participate.

Immersion, Transformation, and Intervention: Programming for Learner-Centered Study Abroad
This workshop, offered by Mick Vande Berg and sponsored by Platform 3000, is a continuation of the May 2011 workshop. It will take place in Madrid and it will be offered the days previous the Spring General Assembly.
Dates:
- May 9 for representatives of programs located outside Madrid.
- May 10 for representatives of programs located in Madrid.
General Issues Meetings
This anual meeting is offered for program personnel and in it several issues are reviewed: consular services, visas and residencies, housing, health and safety, cultural activities, etc.
