ORGANIZATION

• Only undergraduate students from JHU are welcome to apply
• Requirements: Junior or Senior Standing, two Semesters of Spanish at the intermediate level, 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Students have the option of studying in the Fall, and now we are in the process for offering Spring, and academic year.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

• Field trips to Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial, Valle de los Caídos, Granada and Córdoba, They are all included in fees.
• Cultural events (tapas dinners, theater, walking tour of Madrid de los Austrias) all included in fees.
• Planning to offer volunteer opportunities
  
  

ACADEMICS

• Courses taught in Spanish by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid faculty members.
• Students can take either courses from CEH program or regular courses under the supervision of the Resident Director and Academic Director.
  
  

HOUSING

• Students are placed individually with Spanish host families.
