Acento is a program of Trinity Christian College (IL) and is a registered program of The Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU). Trinity is accredited by the Higher Education Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9am to 2 pm for Fall and Spring semesters and 9am to 1pm during Summer terms. Each course is worth 4 credits and students in a semester program carry 4 courses. Students are required to live in a Spanish home, providing an excellent opportunity to immerse themselves in Spanish culture, use Spanish on a daily basis and to build relationships with native Spaniards.
