ACADEMICS
- Undergraduate courses.
- Students are registered at UVA during their participation
in the Program.
- All classes given Spanish.
- Courses offered at the UVA Study Center are exclusively
to students enrolled in the Program.
- Eligible students can do approved coursework in direct
enrollment at the Universidad Católica de Valencia
"San Vicente Mártir".

HOUSING
- Program places students with centrally located host
families in doubles or singles, according to availability.

The University of Virginia Hispanic Studies Program is
an enriching and comprehensive experience for the student
interested in becoming well-versed in Spanish and Latin
American culture and languages.
The program has been created by the University of Virginia
which is responsible for the quality of the courses offered.
All grades, transcripts, credits earned in the UVA Hispanic
Studies Program are direct credit for students native
of the University of Virginia and for students from any
other American institution of higher learning, transcripts
are forwarded to their school.
