Thank you to everyone who participated on October 2 in the workshop “Artificial Intelligence Applied to Management and Administration,” the first workshop offered by APUNE Formación. There were more than 100 of us, and your questions—along with the real-life examples from your daily work—made the session much more enriching.
In short, the workshop was organized into three sections:
- Risks and data protection. Before using AI, it’s a good idea to ask yourself three questions: what are we delegating, what data are we entering, and how do we verify the results? We looked at a risk traffic light system and a seven-step prompt structure.
- Program Management. Manuel Iglesias demonstrated how to automate personalized emails, room assignments, class schedules, and survey analysis—always anonymizing the data before using AI.
- AI in the classroom. The discussion focused on how to design the use of AI so that it enhances learning rather than replacing it.
Many of your suggestions—such as a specific session on AI-generated images and intellectual property—will help us prepare the upcoming APUNE Formación workshops.
