Hat’s off to CIEE Barcelona Study Abroad for hosting APUNE’s Barcelona Regional Meeting in April. They were the perfect hosts to over 50 professionals from international education programs across Spain. And it was the perfect space to discuss the latest developments in the Study Abroad field and share valuable wisdom amongst participants.
It was also wonderful to have some of our collaborators there such as Leticia Martinez Prado from MindPlace and Ignacio Lopez-Hermoso from López-Hermoso Abogados .
Among the many subjects debated was the impact of new technologies on students capacity to concentrate and learn effectively, plus discussions about mental health, sustainability and general student well-being. All within the framework of striving to improve the Study Abroad experience for all.
Thanks to everyone for coming and to Barbara Garcia Menendez and Kim Griffin McNeil for making it all possible!
